Yeah, I know. I told you to capture email addresses from everyone that visits your park for your monthly newsletters and marketing campaigns for special events. If you did, you probably now have a list with several hundred or even a thousand addresses. That is a good problem!

However, if you're trying to send emails to large groups, you're probably having some difficulty, or your Internet company has black-flagged your account because they think you're sending spam. Sometimes they'll let you send out only twenty or so at a time and thus, it becomes time consuming.

What I described is exactly what happened with our GTI emailing program and it nearly drove us nuts. I began researching and found numerous emailing services that can solve the problem in a flash. Emailing is their bread and butter, and they do it very well. We use www.AdMail.com and no, I don't own the company. You can start small by uploading your email list once and then add to it as you grow. You're charged only on how many emails you send a month. We send weekly so we're on a higher level and we pay by the year to save money. Our cost is just pennies per email.

Some companies offer templates if you need them, or you can design and upload your own artwork. If you can design a webpage in html, you can copy the html code, create an html email, paste it in, and now you're sending out a full color email with photos. That's how we do it.

An important feature of an email service is that it provides a remove or opt out program. If someone doesn't want to receive an email in the future, they just click a link and their email is automatically removed from future mailings. You can upload additions at any time and you should also download your list from time to time for safekeeping.

Admail can send 100,000 emails in just a few minutes! That's way faster than I could do on our local Internet service provide. Again, there are many companies that offer emailing service so do some research and choose a plan that works for you. Many companies offer a 30 day free program so try before you buy!
